Poly-D-Lysine-coated Products
Poly-D-Lysine serves as a positively charged extracellular matrix, fostering nonspecific cell attachment. Upon application to solid-phase culture surfaces, it heightens the electrostatic interaction between negatively charged ions on the cell membrane surface and positively charged ions on the culture surface. This enhancement bolsters cell attachment rates in serum-free or low-serum culture settings and reinforces the absorption of serum proteins and extracellular matrix proteins onto the culture surface.
T150 U-shaped Cell and Tissue Culture Flask
Cell culture flasks are one of the most widely used consumables by life science researchers in cell-based experiments and assays. Compared to common rectangular cell culture flasks, Jet Biofil’s T150 U-shaped cell culture flask features a rounded shoulder design that effectively reduces dead corners for pipettes and cell scraping tools, while also providing a more comfortable grip. This design enhancement ensures efficient cell harvesting processes and a more ergonomic tissue culture experience for researchers, without compromising cell growth capabilities.
Cell Strainers (Compatible for 250 mL/225 mL Conical Centrifuge Bottles)
Designed for use with 250 mL and 225 mL conical centrifuge bottles, our new cell strainer feature an enclosed frame side and a mesh bottom structure. The mesh has a diameter of 20.5 mm, while the outer diameter of the bottom frame measures 25.1 mm. Although specifically tailored for Jet Biofil's conical bottles, these strainers are compatible with most similar bottles available on the market. The frame side is equipped with two venting spacers to enhance airflow, effectively preventing mesh clogging and liquid overflow.
Small Cell Strainer
These JET Biofil's small cell strainers feature a split design with separate upper and lower cups, with a mesh diameter of 16.9 mm, a lower cup inner diameter of 19.2 mm, and a funnel outer diameter of 8.5 mm. The upper cup of the small cell strainer is designed for filtration and collection, while the lower cup features a two-stage slot that enhances its compatibility. Additionally, the special venting spacers and air slots in the lower cup effectively prevent mesh clogging and liquid overflow.
Closed System for Erlenmeyer Flasks
This system can be used with Jet Biofil's 2 L, 3 L, and 5 L Erlenmeyer flasks, ideal for scenarios requiring high cleanliness level consumables, such as the R&D and manufacturing of biologics including cell therapy, gene therapy, antibodies, and vaccines. It significantly reduces the risk of contamination and allows for easy, sterile, and secure liquid transfer.
Cryogenic Vials(with Tethered Screw Caps)
The new tethered screw cap has a Cap-Loop-Tether integrated design feature, which precisely fits the vial body, while its cap stably attached that preventing sample mix-up and contamination. The tethered cap offers a variety of colors, allowing convenient sample differentiation and marking. Meanwhile, color-coding insert has multiple colors available to be install on tethered screw cap’s recessed top, providing even more customized sample differentiation choices for researchers.
